INTRODUCTION
Zinc phosphate, as a new generation of antirust pigment, is a new type of nontoxic and harmless white antirust pigment with excellent performance in rust prevention and ideal application effect. It is the best substitute of conventional antirust pigments containing heavy metals such as lead and chrome.Zinc Phosphate renders coating materials excellent rust-preventing performance and good resistance to water.

END APPLICATION

Zinc Phosphate is used in corrosion resisting primers and undercoats.It is widely used in various coating materials for preparation of waterproof, acid-resistant or corrosion preventive coating materials such as phenolic paint, epoxy paint, acrylic paint, paste paint.
Zinc Phosphate is used in manufacturing of Zinc Rich Paint Formulations.
Zinc Phosphate is used manufacturing of Fertilizers.
Zinc Phosphate is used for water-soluble resin paint in the fields of shipbuilding, automobile, industrial machinery, light metal, household appliances and metal containers for foods.

SPECIALITY

COMPATIBILITY
Zinc Phosphate is compatible with a vide variety of media including alkyds epoxy esters, chlorinated rubber, polyurethene etc
CORROSION RESISTANCE
The Pigment also physically prevents passage of water and salts. Thus the corrosion resistance is a major characteristics of Zinc Phosphate.
GOOD BRUSHING
Good brushing characteristics can be obtained with Zinc Phosphate Primers, which are suitable for both airless and conventional spray application. None of these methods entails a health hazard.
NON-TOXIC
Zinc Phosphate has the advantage of non toxic nature over other Corrosion Resistant Pigments much as Zinc Chromate, Zinc Tetroxy Chromate and Barium Chromate.
EXCELLENT INTER-COAT ADHESION
The use of Zinc Phosphate in Primers promotes excellent inter-coat adhesion, particularly under conditions of high humidity.
